USB Kodak is recognize by Windows and then it disconnects

I have two Kodak brand USB devices, they work in Windows 10 but in Windows 7 they do not. When I connect it to the computer it works correctly, the device is detected, Windows shows the capacity and a second later the memory is put in 0 bytes and disappears. That only happens with Windows 7, with Windows 10 without problems. I did the test on two Windows 7 computers, in both the same behavior.
