    Welcome to SevenForums,

Your system will use as much RAM as it needs - you cannot force your system to use all your RAM. If you want to see more RAM being used, then run mutiple RAM intensive applications concurrently.

    Thanks for quick reply..
I am using multiple guest OS on VMware, so I need more ram on my host ie Windows 7. As you can see my system Memory is 6144MB RAM but Available OS Memory is only 3262MB RAM . How can I increase my available OS Memory.Do I have to upgrade my system hardware or OS?

    Hi,

You are running 32-bit Windows, so your system cannot use more RAM. You can upgrade to 64-bit if you like - to do this, you must perform a clean install.

    Clean Install Windows 7

Hello and welcome to the forums trivender!

It seems your system can only access 3362 MB of your 6 GBs of RAM because you're running 32bit Windows 7 ... If you'd like to access all your RAM I recommend moving up to Windows 7 64 bit..

It's an inherent architectural limitation that cannot be normally circumvented by any other means...

    Hope that helps!
