    Bluescreen into no operating system/harddisk

Hello. Lately on my vacation to Iraq, I received a bluescreen while surfing on the internet saying
    STOP: 0x000000F3 (0x00000003, 0x8815E668, 0x8815E7D4, 0x83060200)

As I just thought it was a random mistake and decided to boot again, this time it said my windows copy wasn't genuine etc. I decided to skip it. Afterwards the computer was way slower than usual. And after a good 10 minutes I recovers the same bluescreen. And after each reboot. The time got reduced. And now it sticks on the windows booting logo, decides to do a disk check I can't cancel, and it receives an error while trying to startup repair saying that windows has problems communicating with hardware on the computer. And when one of these happens, for the next following 10-20 minutes the
Computer will say that there is no operating systems found. And when checking bios it will show none of my harddisks. And there is no way I can get it into safe mode.

Some additional information: I've had overheating problems before, and when I received the first bluescreen i was in a room with over 30 degrees Celsius. And it has been ruining for a good hour.

So the question is. Is it a hardware failure, and is there anything I can do about it, or will I have to send it back to the manufactur when I'm back from my vacation. And is there any chance I can get my files back

    Thanks.
