Why do some programs show the type of my CPU as Core i3?

    By the way, I didn't want to uninstall this version and reinstall the latest other version. I just want to update one I have.

    It's your computer do as you see fit. The proper way would get rid of the older version and install the newer version that matches your system

    Thank you all of you very much indeed,
    I have eventually found an option for checking for a newer version.
    And yes, it now shows the type of CPU as core i5

    But also, this version didn't show all the browsers on my computer installed, Google Chrome didn't show with this program, although it is installed on my computer.

    Do you really need software to tell you about your computer? Most people would know that information off the top of their heads.

    Yes, of course, I need software to tell me anything about my computer. This is at least which I must do as long as I cannot do anything else.

    Maybe those people who would know that information off the top of their heads are genius or have been taught good education which is not like lie education I have been taught.
