I have to buy a new motherboard and a new processor and they have to match each other plus the DDR2 i have, and i don't have anyone who can help me.

Would every specification match?

No, that CPU is for a socketT775 and the board is LGA775. The memory will work.
EDIT: I may be mistaken on the socket, the site below says LGA775 is also socket T. I can't tell from your CPU link due to it's not English. I see no T775 though.

Memory is very cheap, so I wouldn't worry about that.
I see that your region flag shows you as coming from Lancashire. Do you have a Maplin store nearby? They quite often have motherboard/CPU/memory bundles, and I think that one of those would be better for you.

Asrock lists the Celeron 450 is compatible, but iif I understand the list, the A1 stepping is required.
