    Motherboard Updating Problem

    Hello this is crazykilla

Im having a problem with my pc, i tried installing windows 8 and when installer reached 100% the computer reatarted, as soon as my pc started up (also taking a unussualy large ammount of time to start) it says:

PNY GeForce GTS 450 PCIe 2.0
    Version Blah Blah Blah Blah
    Copyright (C) 1996-2010 NVIDIA Corp.

After that, screen goes balck and about 10 seconds later i get:

Asmedia 106x SATA Controller Ver 0.93.1 AHCI Mode
Copyright (C) Asmedia Technologies, Inc. All rights resereved.
    S.M.A.R.T. Supported
    Using PCIe Gen 2
SATA PM 0 Port 0 WDC (then some random codes)
    Press any key to exit...
(no matter if i press any key the below happens)

Then screen goes black, around 20 secs later i get this F***ING MESSAGE:

    iROG-1 Is updating
Please do not reset the system to prevent damage to system bootup
    0% complete

IT LITERRY TAKES 20 Hours to get to 100%, after that It starts ALL OVER AGAIN,

That explains what happens, my question is how do i start windows and stuff without having my motherboard (rampage iv extreme) not update or atleast make it finish the update

Note: In this whole process pressing f8 and Del doesnt open BIOS or the option to choose safe mode and stuff.

You might want to mark the thread as solved as well. Hopefully it doesn't happen again. Good job finding a solution though.
