I don't plan on overclocking anything.

I agree with your comment about not pushing things to their limit - working easy is always cooler than working hard.

So I should be good to go with the memory and motherboard as is.

If you want a better performance to dollar ratio, I would suggest an i7 920, or the new i7 860.

Dual channel meaning use 2 sticks of ram (usually 2 * 2gb), Tri meaning 3 (3 * 2gb or 3 * 1gb).

So, If i wanna change my 2x2gb sodimm ddr3 clocked 1066Mhz to 2x2gb sodimm ddr3 clocked 1333Mhz it will be fine? Wont it hurt the processor and might improve the WEI? Looks 1333Mhz begin to be a standard

I'm asking as i'm in a curious manner. Thank you!

Edit: I'm on SoDimm...no way to go on 1333Mhz...

Check the specs on the CPU. All the ones I have seen will only support max of 1333 at stock settings. Any higher and you need to OC and hope you don't shorten the life of the CPU.

I'm running DDR3-1600 dual channel at 1600. As a precaution, I installed a Dominator Memory Fan over them.
Upped the voltage to just below recommended, and suddenly my performance shot upward.
