@ICit: That's a damn nice Board. I will wait tn buy a Mobo, as I will probably want a new one when I build it, and probably just sell my old Comp. I buy my stuff localy and over-priced. But mostly I just get Comps of mates and strip them of any ok parts. Thanks guys, will get the C2D. I just pray she runs a-okay in my horrible Mobo. :)

That a niuisance you live so far off Sheesey I have a house full of bit s you could pick over. Oh and that board mate thats new the one I referenced from PCCG.

I'll have a scavenge around as I think I have a core duo somewhere - what is the board mate as I might have something else that might be compatible you can have for nothing as I do have about twenty Pentiums lying around - a lot of 775 sockets LGA and otherwise ones and most are 2.8Ghz and above .

Hey I just had a thought too it might be cheaper for me to buy something here and ship it. I did my brother in the UK a machine up just last week and shipped it and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.:)

Wow, that would be great! I will have to save, and could use you as a middleman, for cheap prices. I'll grab you a link to my exact Mobo. Thanks again dude, will sort out some way of paying shipping fees.

I sold it a while ago. It had a Celeron D I believe. I threw in a new power supply and graphics card, then put it on Craigslist.

Not a prob mate I'll have a look you might have to give me a couple of days though as I work shifts at the local hospital and have to fit in when I can.

Shipping mate don't worry about that will only be as much as thick letter I'd imagine. Meanwhile I have got to sort that socket out.
