How to move disk space from C driver to D driver?

Unfortunately I chose to install Windows on the larger drive(I wanted to install it on the smaller partition).
Is there any software that can move disk space from one drive to the other(both drives are on the same physical hard drive).
Thanks in advance!

You can use Disk Management to shrink the C: partition and extend the D: partition.

It doesn't let me shrink it as much as I want to.
What do you say about Easus' tool?

MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit

There is only one 3rd party partitioning software that I, and many others, will unequivocally recommend, namely:
Partition Wizard : Use the Bootable CD

Free download Magic Partition Manager Software, partition magic alternative, free partition magic, partition magic Windows 7 and server partition software - Partition Wizard Online

A word of caution: Before repartitioning, perform a System Image Backup:

What do you say about Easus' tool?
Easus Partition Master does a fine job.
