I been going with Microcenter Newegg and TigerDirect havn't gotten enough guts to go Amazon yet
Amazon has probably the best customer service in the world.
    I ordered a dozen cd's a few months back that we're mis priced, 89 cents to $2.00.
My total order was $12 and they canceled 2 of the cd's, so I called up and said I really wanted those cd's at the price I ordered them for, and they couldn't change the price so they just gave me $23 in credit to order whatever I wanted.
So in the end you still got the CD's?

I will give them a whirl sometime too late now though i did a major upgrade for a fair price im not sure if i would have found them cheaper going to them

+1 on Amazon as well. My story just recently is too long to go into but suffice to say they pulled a rabbit from a hat for me and I'm a happy customer !

Tommy, try this. I ordered a motherboard. It came with bent CPU pins. I went online for an RMA which was approved. 3 Hours later, I received an email stating the replacement motherboard had been shipped and I had 30 days to return the damaged one and that there was a return shipping label in the box with the new one. If it gets better than that, please tell me where.

There customer service is the reason they are so good the prices are decent

I took a look after some of the positives of Amazon ....

Looking at my particular purchase vs there prices i still saved 300.00 dollars they are about 10 dollars cheaper from the norm /Some reason Visiontek cards were super low compared to XFX Diamond Asus Msi etc ..... but they have lifetime GPU warrenty that is why I went with Visiontek this time around

Lifetime warrenty makes a big impact

No, I decided to use the $20 for something else.
I basically got the initial order for free and $8 to spend on whatever.

Amazon if your in the USA because they don't charge tax and usually have free shipping,my second option would be newegg and my other 2 options after that would tigerdirect or Ncix.us which is a candian store but they got good stuff and sell to the usa.I always choose amazon above the others unless they don't have the part i'm looking for, comes out cheaper ordering from amazon.

Get ready boys and girls most all online retailers will be charging the state sales taxes for the orders very soon. Make those big purchases soon they warn us. Let's hope the retailers can make some of CA's near 10 percent up in added discounts otherwise my local Fry's Electronics will be seeing me much more often.....lol
