Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, recognizes 4gb of ram, only 2.93gb usable.

So, here's my problem, this computer used to run Windows XP 32bit with 4gb of ram installed, 2.93gb usable was understandable then because it was 32bit, now i'm using 7 ultimate 64 bit and it still gives 2.93gb usable.

https://i.imgur.com/SA9Ej.jpg <-- My resource manager, i added up all the ram that it is being used and its is nearly being entirely used, a few mb not being used, but whats going on with the system control panel, i've also noticed that the computer is running slower then my mates, who is basically the exact same thing (other then the graphic's card, his is worse)

OKAY! I figured out my problem, its probably the RAM-slots, heres my problem now, i have no idea what order to put them in so it'll utilize the entire 2gb that's being "reserved", could someone please help me figure out what order i'm supposed to put them in and simplify it because i'm really not tech-savy, here is my stats from belarc.

If your BIOS shows 4 GB then it has nothing to do with slots or ordering. My guess is that you may need to go through your BIOS and enable memory mapping, or a similar feature to allow the system to address then 4 GB.

All i can find is PAE mode and DEP mode, if i go into the BIOS, should Enable Memory Mapping (yes/no) something like that or do i have to actually configure a bunch of stuff?
