Boot from system repair disk and do a "startup repair"
    Startup Repair
That's what I've been doing and getting the NAPP_KM:NAPP7.exe. Application Error every time.
Did you read the tutorial??? NAPP_KM:NAPP7.exe isn't part of it at all

Yep, I read the tutorial and as in my OP, I don't have the option to go to Advanced Boot Options menu. I can do the recovery disc startup repair, but it isn't the same as thing. If i could get to the Advanced Boot Options menu, I'd be able to resolve the issue. But since there is no way to get to it that I'm aware of, I have to do the recovery disc repair version.

You must use a win7 repair disk or win7 installation dvd.

I was able to get into the System Repair and Recovery menu, but nothing has worked to get it up and running again. Even doing a complete reinstall doesn't work.
