    When you transfer the images frm the camera to the PC using the USB how do you do this? Do you use your PHOTOfunSTUDIO software as I think the problem must be in the transfer of the pictures to the PC?

    Got confused with instructions. mostly use usb but same quality just putting card in. photofun studio still need editing.

    stopped using photofun found windows gallery easier and better.

    usb in compute other end in camers, up pops import photos using windows photo gallery

    The reason I asked was I am going o suggest that the only way we are going to get to the bottom of this is for you to upload a virgin image to Photobucket. I will send you detailed guidance but it might be a little more complex than the last one i sent. If you had trouble with that then I doubt you will handle a more complex one! Let me know how you feel. I'm stumped otherwise!

    OK First Off you need to sign up for Photobucket. Go to this link and fill in the form. Take great care to get the letters right in th aCAPTCHA box. If you cant read them click the symbol ringed in red on the attached screenshot to generate a new set.
