Problem was solved by installing Gigabyte drivers. Apparently they don't get installed by the OS unlike the Intel ones.

Windows 7 BSOD (bootcamped on imac) - HELP PLS

I've recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate Edition onto my imac using bootcamp last week, and it has been working perfectly fine, and then randomly starting today I get a BSOD less then 5 minutes after being logged into the windows side... and i don't have time to read the BSOD because it auto restarts.

    please someone help!

What I would suggest is to switch off the 'auto-restart' and have a look at the message. (Can't remember where the option is though!)
