Constant BSOD on Clean Install of 7100

    Constant BSOD on Clean Install of 7100


    Keep getting error 0x00000124

    Details: Happens at random when using computer any where from 30seconds after i log on to 20 mins. Can stay idle for as long as i keep it on.

    pleas help ill provide any information i must have left out

    update: took out my ethernet cable and worked fine, when i put it back in it blue screened

    Might be a nic driver, or power setting.

    Check device manager (type device manager in search) see if your network devices are listed and dont have ayellew triangles. also see if you have any unknown devices

    event viewer type event in search and go to windows log>application tab. Look for errors relating to the problem

    If you have been getting true blu screens go to c:\windows\minidump, zip the dump file (*.dmp) and upload it to us.

    Ok. Thanks. I uploaded the DMP. I can't connect to to the internet on the pc (using a laptop) now. Thanks for helping

    Ok now it seems like there is not pattern to it. The internet wasn't working and when i went to go open a program it blue screened after the program worked fine for 5 secs

    Installed, worked for 30 mins then blue screened. So I'm guessing it's a hardware problem.

    this one and the last one were incomplete. It might be a memory problem but im not expert at this so I gave this thread link to one of our best debuggers. He will take a peek and advise you

    If you want in the meantime. could you go into c:\windows\system 32 and tell me the modified date on ntkern**.exe is
