    Most people who are big into gaming put the games on a regular HDD because SSDs are limited in size.

    I wouldn't worry about the page file.

    I have an OCZ Vertex 3. It is lighting fast. You should put your OS and programs on it and your data files on a HDD (if you have a lot of games, put those on a HDD also). This way when you open your programs it is almost instantaneous. They are really cheap now and with your i7, you won't be sorry.
