I have purchased off ebay many times using label information off back of lcd as described above. The brand of laptop is irrelevant. Just need correct display and make SURE display cable connection matches your mobo.

Sometimes I search laptop model for parts... But that has risk of wrong lcd model

Amazon not a good place to look and other resellers typically. $$$. The other benefit of ebay is you can contact seller and know all details of item before you buy... Including close up pics.

Happy to help you find one... Just need close up pics of label and cable end

    For example http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewi...d=400228563902

    Google search : VGN-NS255D/S - Google Search
    Here's my sticker:

Sorry for the bad quality I don't have a proper camera

Using model number on your label, get many hits on ebay:
    b154ew02 v7 | eBay

    (making sure i used v7)

Likely any of those will work. Like I said, the only other issue is making sure the cable from LCD to mobo is consistent between both.

Pick a reputable looking seller - contact them and you can send image of YOUR label and cable end. Obviously you'll need to take some better pictures. Odds are you won't have any issues replacing.

This one is used but from a Sony laptop and a reputable seller who includes contact info so they can be sure you're getting the right screen. Also good return policy:

I didn't even notice shipping. Well do a little more research. May be able to get a new one for same price with shipping. Good Luck!
