Recovered Windows on drive E, E now full, boots from C, how to disable

As you can see, I believe I am booting from C, have a recovered version of windows on E. Getting msgs that E is filling (full). How to unload E of bloat, or dump it all together? I have backups of C and data files. Suggestions?
