    Windows 7 x 64 - all usb 2.0 devices : "error 39"


    Hello something happen to my windows and anything i plug in the usb's I get error 39

    please see the attached files.

    My system is windows 7x 64

    All my drivers are up to date but i think something happen with the mass storage driver .

    how can i fix this problem and reinstall the needed drivers ?

    there is a file driver cab in windows which contains drivers for windows which are automatically installed ....It might be damaged try for restore or search on internet for that ...

    I cannot restore because my sys restore was off ... can you tell me what to download and install please ?

    thanks for the help but i think I dont have problem with garmin device ,i have general problem with recognizing any device plugged in my laptop
