I was looking to buy the G500 but apparently, judging from the reviews, it doesn't last for more than one year because the left click breaks often and other common problems.

And yes, I've made 2 topics in a short timespan. ?

Computer Mouse: Explorer Touch Mouse | Microsoft Hardware

Something I'd like to try out. Might not bewhat you're looking for though.

Do say more specifically what you'd prefer, such as wireless, dpi, etc.

Uhh man that looks like an apple magic mouse wannabe. No offense but I hate Microsoft products. They always seem to suck for me.

Also, I want a wired mouse. I could care less about DPI as long as it's above 2,500. Weight would be nice.

    Thanks.

I use the Cooler Master CM Storm Spawn on my laptop when I am using my laptop at my desk, it's $33.99 it's classified as a gaming mouse but its a great mouse reliable never gave me a problem. You also have a buttons on the side you go back and forwards when your surfing the web.

This looks like a strong candidate and a great value. I use a G9 and it as well can be found on sale in your price range but currently I wasn't able to find it cheaper than $69.00usd.
