Jobs Stuck in Print queue all standard fixes not workin

Like the title says I have a user printing to an HP 4200 via a print server, and we've tried everything short of a reinstall.

    Dell e6500
    Win 7 Enterprise 64bit

We've cleared the print spooler using command line, manually, and Windows troubleshooter.

Yes in both the PRINTERS and SERVERS folders. The jobs in question do not appear in either one.

We've deleted and re-added the printer and it's driver.

    We've reset the printer completely.

I've recreated the User's profile, no joy.

We've cleared the user from the Print Users group, and re-added, no joy.

We've manually tried to delete all print jobs from the server side, no joy.

Other users have no problems, it is on this one computer only.

This is my last hurrah before just doing a reinstall, but I've wasted enough time on this beast.

    Thanks for any ideas.

Sometimes powering off for a few minutes helps reset the queue. First you must delete the form from the print queue and then power off and then back on.

Hello Luke, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You might see if using either or both options in the tutorial below may be able to help if it's a bit different than what you already tried.

    Hope this helps, :)
