Cannot get wifi connection with routers that require wpa/wpa2

My internet provider said that it was because the McAffe. I replaced it with Microsoft Forefront Client Protection and I'm still having the same problem. It appears connected to the network but without internet access.
The router works fine (i can connect with other devices) and the computer can also get connected in another wifi networks. What can I do?? Please Help me!

What's the exact status of the connection to the router? Is it getting an IP address from the router? Does Windows 7 show it as connected and prompt you for the type of network (Home, Work, Public)?

wait a sec, from the screenshot seems like the computer does have internet access (you have browser open and browsing stuff), it just says it doesn't.

    Hi bobafetthotmail!
It's not the case. I plugged the cable to read and reply the thread (I have internet access just with the cable). I disconnected and tried with the wireless to took the screenshot (I didn't close the windows).
With the wireless I can not get internet access
