    x64 CPU Check

I am looking for a small software program to Check if my PC is 64 Bit Compatible.
Must be Usable From a Bootable CD/DVD or Flash Drive.
For Situations Where you have a PC that its O/S is Trashed and you are going to install windows 7 .

If you are frequently working on trashed PCs, you might as well have UBCD in your toolkit
    Ultimate Boot CD - Overview
Under the System category you will find a handy little program called HWinfo. You will also have many other utilities and even a small OS on hand.

    X64 Check Util

    Thank you ALL.
I do have ubcd, and whilst I do acknowledge it is good, What I want is basically a System x64 check util, that I can put on my Flash Drive or insert into my windows 7 disk, so as to have everyting on one disk.
Then I could Start the windows Install and just before it begins, I could just Shell Out by using ( Shift + F10 ) Locate the x64 Check Util on that same cd, and afterwoods Decide to Continue with either x32 or x64, now knowing which version is suitable for that computer.

What is your processor? That's all we need to know. If you fill out your system specs, you could answer that question for you.

No point to do what you want sparks. Just tell us what your CPU is.

Yes their/there is a point in filling out specs. It allows us now and later to see the what computer we are trying to help Spark's with. Going back through post looking for specs is not a good way to do this.
Please use this to fill out specs as Deacon Frost has requested.

Folks, that's not what he wants. He wants a utility that will tell him what the processor can handle when he is working on an unknown machine. It's not HIS processor that is the problem.

I do want to add that installing 64-bit Win 7 on a machine, just because you can, is not always a good idea. I am retiring an office machine this month because it crashes under win 7 64-bit, and HP is not supplying drivers for that OS on that machine.
