Need Help With Hardisk

    [solved]Need Help With Hardisk


    I am getting An annoying message That There is A hardisk problem detected And it is Recommended To make a Backup. I want to Turn This message Off Without Changing My Hardisk Is there Any Way. Please help!!!

    Maybe you should see if there is something wrong with it.
    CHKDSK.
    Go to Accessories and bring up the Command Prompt window, type in CHKDSK and press enter.

    It may be worth it in the end.

    jfar, please stop posting links from OutLook / Word, or whatever software is transferring color and font info - it makes it nearly impossible to read when using the dark skin. I've edited your post to remove the color and font info.

    Err...I would do the CHKDSK suggestion from above but to be honest you might what to heed Windows' warning

    Its your data so I can't force you to but Windows doesn't spout those types of warnings without some evidence to back it up (no pun intended)

    Agreed. I have not once seen that message, so I'd heed the warning - like now.
