hi am looking for a sound card that can handle some pc gaming, but i have no idea what i am looking for, i know that it exists but i have no idea what to buy.
If it helps i have a radeon 4650 hd with agp, however do i need one sound for better graphics to play something like turok and nfs shift

The video card, your Radeon HD4650, has nothing to do with sound unless you are using HDMI for video and sound.
You seem to be confusing the two. Other than possibly 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound, the integrated sound on your PC is probably good for most games.
Ok but I don't want to break my wallet and there is no more of this product is there a basic but good sound card
