No problems were found.
OK.
Uninstall AVG, download and install the following programs
→ Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
→ Malwarebytes - The Free version
Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed & updated.
Run this tool and delete anything it finds:
→ Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
Thanks. I'm attempting to run these. The malware byte froze during review similar to what AVG was doing. I'll try it again and let you know. Any thoughts other thoughts on how I can get this to run through? Would safe mode work for this?
Thanks!
I'm sure that Malwarebytes is able to run within Safe Mode.
Both scans are hanging up at the following folder.
Windows\assembly\nativeimages_v2.0.50727_64\system.wrb.services\..
I'm attaching some shots I took on my phone that provide rest of the file info. Does this help? It appears to be more than a coincidence I would think.
Thanks

No, I tried them one at a time. Multiple times each. Quick scan works, but full scan tends to freeze in the same area/folder every time in all of the applications you mentioned.
I ran this and it found nothing wrong. It was able to run though completely.
