Could I just some other program other than Norton Ghost? Like Macrium Reflect? Or does the middle option come with a USB to SATA cable which the cheapest doesn't?

Also, the 3rd option that wasn't available when I took the photo is now satin it's 129.99, by far the cheapest-but what does it exclude? I mean couldn't I get the cheapest one, use Macrium Reflect and buy this adapter?
