Printer only prints 1 copy of document, even when I put 2 copies

Hello, my printer is only printing 1 copy of a document, webpage, excel file, etc.

It doesn't matter what I print, when I select to print, I get the box to change the quantity, but no matter what I put in there, it always just prints one copy.

It will print all the pages of a document, but just 1 copy.

Any idea what I can do here?

Hi xmrkite. what brand/model printer is it?

If it is an HP laserJet type then this link may help:

Otherwise post the details and we'll see what we can find.

It's an HP laser jet 1300. i will try this when I get back to the office and report back. I have the printer shared and the other user has the same issue. Do you think this will fix it for her or should I make the same change on her computer?

Not sure but suggest change on your system first and get her to test if fixed.
if not then look to make similar change on her system if that's possible.

Can I keep syncronized copies of a document in 2 users folders?
I need to have a document appear in the documents folder of 2 different users so that either one can modify it and the copy in the second user's folder will automatically update. Neither user has direct access to the other's documents. I hope that's clear. Windows Home Premium 64 bit.

?? Chrome prints what IE9 Cannot?? HP printer drivers?
This is a bizarre problem I've never seen in longer than I care to confess to. :( Windows 7 Home Prem, 64-bit, no malware etc. In the past, everything the user needed worked fine. Then "out of the blue", could no longer print Bank statements which had been no problem in the past. IE9 and the HP...
printer spontaneously prints sys inf modules txt file when turned on
I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this in, but I think it is at least a symptom of a virus or trojan. Every time I turn on my printer, it starts printing out a file titled: "sys inf modules.txt" - which I have never even looked at, let alone tried to print out. This only started...
