    I wouldn't trust it from a torrent. I think you're going to have to to a reinstall and you won't have the HP tool partition. Contacting HP support may help. It would also have to be the exact recovery iso for your specific system.

    All of the drivers offered by HP for the 4530s are designed for use with the HP SSM utility (System Software Manager). They are denoted by a blue swirl.

    Since you deleted the HP tools partition that utility no longer exists. Most likely the driver package is looking for the partition and the utility before it will begin loading drivers.

    You might see if you can install that one utility individually on your system so you can install the HP drivers. One thing I don't like about that utility is that it says it updates drivers automatically. Never a good idea IMO. You might see if that "feature" can be turned off.

    Or you might determine the brand and model of the device you need the driver for and see if you can get a 'clean' driver from the manufacturer.

    If you clean install Windows I'm afraid you will still be looking for a way to install that Bluetooth driver.
