I am going to buy a laptop for gaming and school.

I'd say the first one, definitely. It has more ram, they have the same processors. I'd go with the 8GB of ram personally because I would want to push to upgrade that 6 GB of ram to 8 GB. I wouldn't bother buying a 4GB stick because I'm thrifty and wouldn't pay that much for 4 GB of ram (assuming they are 4 GB slots) if you are only technically getting 2 GB of ram

I'd have to agree with the other two. The processors are very similar, so that's not a problem. It also has much more ram. They both have similar specs other than the ram.

I would say that 6GB or 8GB of RAM will not make any difference. I would buy the cheapest.

I didn't notice the second had 6gb of ram. I misread it. I'd go with that one considering it's probably cheaper and that's the only difference between the two.

Thanks guys, the first one (8GB Ram) is also cheaper so thank you all. Would have picked the second one if I had to choose myself. But I will take the first one then.
