    A lot does depend on the actual hardware in the systems used for testing. It is perfectly possible for two CPUs, one Intel and the other AMD, to yield identical results when they are installed on particular motherboards. Changing the motherboards, but using the same physical CPUs, can yield different results, with AMD coming out top with some motherboard combinations and Intel with others. In addition, some routines are written to work better with AMD processors and others with Intel units. It doesn't make too much difference, but for certain tests this can skew the results one way or the other.

    These Benches and Price Chart should give you an Idea of what is what and the Ideal baseline of every CPU
    The AMD 8350 is about 58pts from I7 3770 which is pretty amazing since they failed the first Bulldozer chips but now looks promising

    the 6300 fx chip in a good position too much higher then a 3570k

    so in some cases the fx-6300 is better than the 3570k, hats off to amd after improving THAT much since bulldozer and piloedriver, i cant wait till the next series of FX
