    Laptop Monitor For Desktop


    Hi Guys is there any way that i can use my laptop Monitor for my Desktop ?

    The only way i know for sure is if both the laptop and desktops are very recent Macs, then you can use target mode over thunderbolt.

    I was thinking DVI or a D-Sub input. I suspect the HDMI is for output. Check the lappy's documentation too.

    It's very rare for a laptop to have an input. I've personally never heard of one.

    There may be an application you can download that you run on the desktop and laptop, which allows the desktop to connect to the laptop over wifi or ethernet.
