Logitech Webcam C170 won't work on my PC but works on others

Ok so I bought a Logitech Webcam C170 a few days ago and it just won't work. When I plug it in it just plays the "device failure" sound and doesn't light up the LED on the camera like it's supposed to do. On other computers it works. I have installed the drivers and software for the webcam.

Here are some screenshots of what happens (In Greek, I am so sorry):

    What happens:

What is supposed to happen (What happens on other computers):

Please tell me if you need any more info.

Make sure you have the latest driver version (2.51.828.0 dated Oct 8, 2012) and the correct bit-ness for your computer, Chris. (Your specs show you have Windows 7 64-bit installed.)

    Support + Downloads: Webcam C170 - Logitech

If problems continue, open Device Manager and make sure the webcam is being recognized (probably listed under Imaging Devices.)

    1. It is NOT getting recognized. That's why I posted this thread, but I forgot to include that.

    2. I have the latest version of the drivers and software.

    3. Is there a 64x version? I don't see it anywhere...

I didn't actually try the download but there appears to be two versions.

Turns out I was downloading the 64x version, but it installs in "Program Files (x86)"! What the heck! This situation is very f***** up... I will probably change my webcam at the store today. Also, here's the thing: On other PCs it installs automatically without the download of any software or drivers and it works. My PC can't find it in Windows Update!!!
