Logitech Webcam Software problems with 1 user, but not the other.

So I have an HD C510 webcam and I can load up the LWS but if i click the Quick Capture or Motion Detection Buttons, a dialogue window pops up and tells me "Launcher_Main.exe has stopped..."

Basically I can't use LWS for my webcam recording.

I created another user, "Josh 2" to see if it'd work and in fact Josh 2 can do everything freely on LWS.

Josh "1" however, still has the problem.

I've tried uninstalling the software and the driver.
    Then reinstalling.

I assume the problem is in my Windows 7. As it does seem easier to just move to the new user, I'd much rather find the solution to this problem. Could it be a registry problem?

I'd love your help on this!

I just got the C510 last week & it works good.

There are a number of discussions in the Logitech forums regarding "launcher main" (not sure whether any of them will be helpful).
    Search - Logitech Forums

it was Quicktime and makesure you unistall and reinstall and not just try to repair. when i tryed to repair it did not fix the problem
