Could I use a 60-64 gb ssd for a windows 7 boot drive?

    Most 256gb SSDs run over $200 while 240gb models are priced under $200. They weren't that cheap a few years back when vendor suddenly started stocking up on the newer models.

    The large capacity flash drives you can take along with you everywhere seem to end up seeing the higher prices remain on the larger models.     I carry a 60GB SSD for data storage. It is a tad bigger than a flash drive but it cost the same as a 64GB flash drive and is a lot faster - and probably more reliable too.

    Have a usb enclosure or simply using the eSata port? You can find the external SSDs for notebooks and laptops easy enough that are 60gb. Some are usb only however.
