Yes! By fixing your disk problem Please follow this guide:

Disk Check



Tick scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors also, let run, once finished, reboot your computer.

Hi,

Yes.

Goto Start> type in cmd> right click and Run as Administrator.

At the promt type:chkdsk /f/r (put a space between chkdisk and /f/r

Let that run
