    I want to thank you all for the quick response. Golden, thanks for the Manual and I will read that tonight. I also appreciate the reference to the Andriod Forum. I did not know about that. One of you mentioned a "Learning Curve", what is that they say about "Teaching Old Dogs......". Seriously, I thank you for all of your helpful hints,
    You never said what tablet you got. Maybe there is a manual on-line. I have a Nexus 7 since black Friday and I know what you are talking about. I immediately joined the Android forum. They have subforums for all models and I got 80% of my know how from there. Scroll down on the homepage and eventually you will get to the individual forum links - phones first then tablets.

    I am obviously on the Nexus 7 subforum. I learned so much that I started giving advice to other newcomers. It is a nice and friendly crowd and the forums are quite lively. You could also get the Nexus 7 Guidebook from Google Play. Since the N7 is running on a vanilla Android 4.2.1, it may be very similar to what you have.

    It is an Android 4.0 Is there any other breakdown that further describes it? == After going to the Android Tablet site, I see that there are about 20 dozen different types of Tablets. Not sure what I have. I will keep looking.

    Gee, that might be a problem. There isn't anything written on it, anywhere. Things seem to work fine on it, I just don't know how to use it. I have sent some emails and have visted some websites, but I can do that on my PC and a lot easier. It is beginning to appear I have one of those that you get from a guy in the alley who is wearing a long trench coat.

    Yeah, Dennis is right. In Settings > About (which I think is the last one in Settings), you should find all the info.

    Model = Q88
    Android Version = 4.0.4
    Baseband Version = 1.5
    Kernel Version = 3.0.8+
    Build Number = nuclear_evb-eng 4.0.4 IMM76D 20121101 test-keys

    I saw Google in there, but I guess that is who makes Android.

    I don't see any brand. This is strange. If there are any other ideas where I might find it, let me know. Do all of yours have it on the front of the Tablet?
