Windows does not find my hard drive

    I have four internal hard drives C: D: E: and F:
Starting last night Hard drive E: only shows up ever so often.
Sometimes I have to reboot and it shows up but other times it doesn't.
I have removed it and pressed it back in its slot to make sure there isn't just a bad connection.
It's the same in Disk Management, E: is still missing there too.
    What's going on?
All the other hard drives are fine?

    Thanks

Does the bios pick up all the hard drives?.

    Hello Aperture,

In addition, double check for loose data and power cable connections for the drive on the motherboard as well.

If that is fine, then you might see if changing the drive letter from E to something else may help in case there may be a conflict with using E.
If you still have the issue afterwards, then you might try the drive in another slot, connected to a different SATA port, and/or replace the power and data cables to see if the old ones may have been faulty. If you don't have extra cables, then test with another reliable drive's cables to see if you still have the same issue.

Hope this helps for now, :)
