    ahahahahah i opened the cover and blew for 1-2 sec on the components to remove any dust ...now when i change the volume both speakers are in complete balance and i hear those cracks only while i change the volume

    Good. We're getting there. Turn the speakers off and unplug them. Now, rapidly turn the control backwards and forwards all the way several times. This might eliminate those crackles when adjusting it normally (again, this is something I used to do with those radio volume controls I mentioned about earlier). When you've done that, plug everything back in and try. Remember to set the control at minimum to begin with.
