Windows 7 won't recognize my AC adapter for my laptop.

    the main reason for this check is because of the XPS gaming laptops, they need a higher output AC adapter to run games while still charging the battery. Otherwise the laptop will be still draining the battery as you game, since a 65w charger cant give enough juice.

    No it still doesn't charge, but I'll try that sometime, thanks.

    Also I don't have an XPS... XD
    I just have an Inspiron 1545.
