    Msconfig "startup option" disabled??

Hello everyone, going to update the drivers for your video card, I wanted to get into Safe Mode to clean, but entering msconfig. the tab "Startup Options" not responding? That is all the other entering it I can tick all the various options, while in boot options going to check "Start in Safe Mode" it is as if the mouse does not work, I can not check or click anything as if the program were to crack .. Also pressing F8 at startup and entering the safe mode, if restart the pc it does not return in safe mode, but return to normal mode without me doing anything?? I scanned to see if I virus but that's okay, and also file verified "sfc scannow" is ok. From what can be the problem? Thanks

When you go into safe mode, no external drivers are loaded. Are you sure your mouse is in a USB 2.0 port and not a USB 3.0 port? Usb 3.0 requires the drivers to be loaded. But, when you restart, it should boot into normal mode. It will only boot into safe mode if you press the F8 key and tell it to. I hope that helps, if I understand your problem correctly.

Yes i confused regard the restart, the PC restart in safe mode from safe mode when i select it in "msconfig" and not when push F8 to startup. So remains the problem of "msconfig"..the mouse working perfectly and is correctly insert to usb 2.0. When i go in "msconfig" all tab working: that of service, start ecc..but not the tab "option of start" and i can not select the safe mode, this tab is like crack..
