Windows 7: Anyone bought a used Processor from Ebay?

As long as you buy from an Ebay seller with a good reputation, there shouldn't be a problem. I've bought cpus, ram, OSes and other items from Ebay sellers without issue.

Would you buy a W7 key from Ebay?
I see several ways to buy W7 on Ebay. Some are selling an unopened box and some are selling just the activation key. I assume you get an email with the key in the email. Are any of these safe to buy from?
