Yes this may require so hard thinking to figure out .but if it is accomplishable it will be cool
    Please forget this.

It is impossible, totally completely absolute impossible. You can not use another computer (laptop, notebook, tablet, smart phone) as a display, not with a cable, not with WiFi, not with Bluetooth.

Intel has developed a so called WiDi (wireless display) technology which is something like what you are thinking, but even that technology can not send display signal to another computer.

    I repeat: Absolutely not possible.

like OP says ,its a monitor not a computer/laptop or phone he is trying to send signal to from a computer

    My bad! Sorry.

I Googled IMO and got this (in Turkish, I think but understood that's a tablet): IMO Tab X9: Tablet Android 4.0 ICS dengan Layar 9.7 Inchi, Harga Menarik *|*Ponsel IMO

I assumed OP was talking about using this as display.

This 10" display can be connected to computer only with USB cable, not with Bluetooth. It does not help if you get a USB Bluetooth dongle and connect it to display.

My IMO is an USB touch screen. Its used a screen for my PC. And widi looks like you can connect a PC to a TV set wirelessly but widi has to be built into the PC. Now if the had widi USB adapters that might just work .I'll post my results

Sorry for the confusion on my screen its a mimo monster 10" USB touchscreen

just read a bit about widi ,don't think it will work for what you are trying to either ,you computer/laptop has to be widi compatible,if it then you still need the widi adapter .
