    question about HP Laser catridge


    i have 2 laser printers at home, one is HP 1020 and other one is P1102, HP 1020 printer uses 12A Laser Cartridge and P1102 uses 85A Laser catridge..........

    can i use one cartridge for the other printer or not

    they both look identical from the outside

    As long as you don't use excessive force, you could see if it will fit. If it does, the printer will then try to detect the cartridge and its compatibility.

    I think it will work OK as there is a compatible cartridge available that serves both
