New internal HD, Disk Management says 'unallocated'. No letter.

Just installed new HD, DM says it's 'unallocated'. What to do?

It seems my options when I right click anywhere on the disk are:
    A Convert to Dynamic Disk
    B) Convert to GPT disk
    C) New Simple Volume...
    D) Other...and how?

    Also...it doesn't have a Letter.
    =[

    Thanks!

Try this tutorial Partition or Volume - Create New, it should help and answer your questions.
