Hi jovannis, Welcome to the forums, Does the webcam show in your Device Manager? Is there a yellow question mark next to it?

If there is, then you need to install the driver for the webcam. Go to samsungs website and download any drivers relating to the webcam :)

    Here is the link http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mo...lDownload=true

My Samsung came with a program that will start the webcam. I don't have the Laptop with me right now, but by chance, see if you have a program called Cyberlink You Cam. It will allow you to use the webcam for still photos and videos. If not, the manual should tell you how to use it.

EDIT: I just checked your Manual. You have the same program. Cyberlink, open that and select 'you Cam'.

it should have come free with your computer when you first bought it, have you done a clean install before which would have wiped the softwares that came with it.

also if you have a 10gb recovery partition it may be in a folder in there, find the you cam exe and run it.

if you find it you may have to uninstall the pay version you just installed first.

boohbah is correct. It should have come preinstalled on your computer. you may check as he told you, or check on the driver disk.
