The one you don't use.

If you insist though use ccleaner, and even then double check everything it finds.

We see more problems here due to "registry cleaners" and "optimizers".........

Win7 takes care of itself much better than xp did so theres really NO NEED AT ALL for snake oil registry cleaners/defraggers etc.
