PC making an odd high pitched sound during ATi tool test.

Video recorded with the odd sound. you may need head phones and a lot of volume to hear it clearly. The dominant sound is just the GPU fan spooling up.

Strange sound from my GPU during ATi tool run. - YouTube

I know its something electrical but other than that I have no idea. It doesn't seem to hurt anything but it is annoying. Its also exclusive to ATi tool and Folding@home. Games and graphic benchmarks don't produce the sound.

To me it sounds like a bad fan bearing.
I would open up the case and run the test again to make the sound start again, then go to the case and listen around the case for the source of the sound.

I actually thought of that, I opened the video card up and unhooked the fan. Blew compressed air on the GPU to keep it cool. Same sound. So I know its not the fan bearings. I'm honestly completely stumped on this one.
