    ssd toolbox


    Hi all I have the ssd up and running .And have all programs running thanks to youu all, th only prob i have is with intel toolbox I have it instaled but whin I start it ,it give me this (The Intel SSD Toolbox is having trouble communicating with the selected drive.) and when I clik ok it just end the app. any one know a fix? ps I have all drives and bios updated

    Don't know OCIR am no expert but how about downloading the software again?

    I have just downloaded and install the software with no trouble so perhaps we can compare. First off exactly which model Intel SSD do you have? The detail should look something like this "180GB INTEL® 330 SERIES SSD, SATA 6 Gb/s"

    So I think the full description would be "Intel® SSD 520 Series (240GB, 2.5in SATA 6Gb/s, 25nm, MLC)". All the indications are that the Toolkit should work perfectly with this SSD. Did you buy it new?

    then I too am lost. perhaps it would be best for you to approach Intel support via this link:
