    There is no reason to install a Hard Drive on a SATA III port. The only way I can keep
    my system reliable is I don't use and Marvell ports for anything. Every thing is using Intel SATA ports.
    All I do is shut down the computer. Swap the leads of the drives to the SATA II ports
    boot into bios and make sure the proper boot order is set and then continue the boot.
    The same thing you did when you installed on Marvel just do it on Intel SATA II. Your SSD
    will still be super fast in actual use.

    all is working now ssd toolbox works fine.
    and i timed the boot time its a littel faster now
    thank for all the help
    I loged off and unpluged the 2 drives I had on the marvill sata III ports and moved them to the 1 and 2 intel sata II ports loged on to the bios to check boot order .
    from start to desktop to my ssuprise was 3 sec faster not that 3 sec is a big deal.
    I well do a speed test on it soon

    Well now that is good to hear. Enjoy your SSD. Read your instruction using the Tool Box their is a few pointer in there. Intel SSD's are not known to be the fastest but in my opinion they are reliable. The speed difference between brand (A) and brand (I) you will never see just using your compute but will see on charts and graphs with various programs.
